Trattoria Capelli

We came here for a Sunday lunch attracted by the rich menu. It is located in the countryside, surrounded by greenery and nature. It is a slow food presidium which in itself is already synonymous with quality regarding food. It feels like eating at home, a convivial and family place. Very rich menu. The staff is really friendly and kind, we ordered first course, second course and desserts. Also some good red wine, a house Lambrusco. The prices are in line with the quality and the portions are generous. I candidly recommend trying the second courses with game (or eggs from their henhouse) and the first courses. From the kitchen I saw an elderly lady intent on rolling out the pastry and the experience we had was exactly that of a classic Sunday family lunch. Definitely worth repeating. The pasta first courses are excellent but the stuffed tip, the rabbit with truffles, and the wild boar with polenta (ENJOYABLE!) are also excellent, their selection of cheeses and for dessert, absolutely try their zabaglione with sour cherries. We will definitely return because we would like to try other dishes and for the experience that was given to us!
